Along the Winding Road

This is the landscape view along the town of Graniti.

While doing an art residency here in Sicily, I would go for a morning jog along the hillside. Every morning the dogs would bark at me, the cows would look up from the grass and the Ionian sea was off in the distance. The route was winding with hills giving lookouts at every step.

This piece was shown at the Italian Cultural Centre Museum in Vancouver in 2017.
