Peak2Peak

This is a painting that will make you feel as if you are on top of the world with a view straight out onto the mountains, valleys, and snow. Bring home your memories of skiing in Whistler, British Columbia with this original snowy landscape of mountain peaks along with the familiar bright red of the Peak2Peak Gondola.

The view is inspired from traversing the world's longest unsupported span of cable (3.024km). The cable belongs to the Peak2Peak Gondola in Whistler. 

The painting is acrylic paint on canvas that is stretched around 1.5" stretcher bars. I have painted around the edges so the painting looks great on the wall with or without a frame. The painting is signed on the front by me (JHastie) on the front and on the back along with the title, date and name of the painting.
