Post Alley

Post Alley

One block up from the famous Pike Market in Seattle Washington is Post Alley. It is most well-known for its gum wall… literally an entire block of an alley stuck with chewed gum! (not my favorite spot). I instead love the energy and colours of all the busy shops and restaurants north of the gum-wall. This painting is of a particularly gorgeous evening when the lights were creating a warm glow with the deep blue evening sky.

This large painting has sold but the small version on paper I created before painting large is still available. To see this piece go to my Etsy site.
