Iceland

For this painting I worked from the client's travel photos. For this piece I merged together 5 of the photos to create an impressionistic view of the Iceland icefields. I love painting in blues so this was a fun project. The client was uncertain what size would work best in their space so I sent them mock ups of the painting above their couch. They sent me measurements of the couch so I knew how to scale the painting when rendering it.
