Rainy Evening

Bologna is one of my absolute favorite cities to visit in Italy. It is full of history, wonderful food, colors, and has so much character; but it is not in any mainstream North American guide books, so you don't have the crowds of tourists to contend with.

This painting was inspired by a visit to Bologna, I was wandering in the evening in and out of the hundreds of porticoes in the rain.
