This painting is inspired from the view along the third switchback as you climb Mount Fromme in North Vancouver. Fromme is a popular mountain biking destination in North Vancouver, BC, Canada. To reach any of the upper trails on the mountain including Expresso and Seventh Secret you must bike past this lookout.
The painting is acrylic paint on canvas that is stretched around 1.5" stretcher bars. The painting continues around the edges, so it looks great installed on the wall with or without a frame. The painting is signed on the front by me (JHastie) on the front and on the back along with the title, date and name of the painting.
