Please inspect your painting or print order upon receiving it (or with the professional framer) and contact Joanne immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please email email@example.com, and a replacement will be sent to you immediately or a refund started.
Return policy for original paintings:
I truly hope that will love your Joanne Hastie original painting. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the original painting in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. I will provide a refund, replacement, or an exchange when I receive the painting in the same condition that it was sent to you.
Return shipping is at the cost of the client.
Return policy for prints:
If the box or package was damaged in shipping, please photograph the box prior to opening it. So I can contact the shipping company regarding any damage. Also, if your print has issues and/or is damaged when it arrives in the mail, please send me a photo of the packaging and the print as soon as possible to discuss a solution.
Please contact me within 7 days with photographs of the issue. Refunds and returns will not be considered 7 days of receiving the print.
Your print is delicate. It is carefully and professionally packaged. If it is an unframed art print, depending on the size, it will be packaged in a protective industrial tube or stay-flat mailer for safe shipping. Once received, the print tube should only be opened by your chosen professional framer for immediate framing. If not opened by a professional framer, Joanne Hastie will not be responsible for any damage to the print caused by mishandling, and no refund or exchange will be possible.
Each Art Print is custom made to order, therefore once you have placed and confirmed your order they are non-refundable due to change of mind.
Once an order is placed and paid for, it is considered final and no amendments or cancellations can be made
But please contact me if you if you do require a change - if I have not done your print I may be able to change it. But I cannot promise.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned artwork, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
