Artrageous Art North Vancouver
If you are in Vancouver, I recommend Artrageous Art Framing in North Vancouver for framing and/or stretching your print.
They also sell my fine art prints in their framing shop.
ARTRAGEOUS ARTOpus Art Supplies
Another go-to place for framing for shows is Opus Art Supplies in Vancouver. I frequent the Coquitlam store these days as I go there anyways for art supplies! They can do custom frames, and they have ready-made frames. If you bring the art directly to them they can show you your options. Which is great depending on your budget.

Custom Frames CanadaIKEA
Some IKEA frames are as low as 79 cents (yes in Canadian dollars)! So if you didn't budget framing into your art purchase... I suggest checking out IKEA as the most cost effective framing option. I have noticed that these days they are often sold out of frames. So be patient if you need a specific size and color.

24x32 Option
Here is an off the shelf option of 24x32" Frames. I was able to order an oak frame on Amazon.ca, but was quickly sold out. I reached out to Homeforia and they said it restocks in Canada within 2 weeks. Scroll down to the 2nd video see me framing with this frame...
