At Joanne Hastie Art, I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return and refund.

Eligibility for Returns


To be eligible for a return:
•    The item must be in the same condition that you received it, with its original packaging.
•    You will need the receipt or proof of purchase email or order number.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact me at joanne@joannehastie.com. Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged or defective.

After review, I will provide you with the address to return the item.
•    Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
•    Contact me for questions at joanne@joannehastie.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. I will evaluate the issue and make it right.

•    Shipping Damage: If the box or package is damaged during shipping, please photograph the box prior to opening it. If your print is damaged upon arrival, please send me a photo of the packaging and the print within 7 days of delivery so I can discuss a solution. Damaged refunds and returns will not be considered after 7 days of receiving the print.

•    Customer Damage: Your print is delicate and should be handled with care. If it is an unframed art print, it should be opened only by your chosen professional framer for immediate framing. Joanne Hastie will not be responsible for any damage caused by mishandling, and no refund or exchange will be possible.

Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
•    Gift cards
•    Custom Size Canvas Prints
•    Final-Sale items
•    Original Paintings

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please email me at joanne@joannehastie.com with your order details, and I will be happy to help. The fastest way to process an exchange is to return the item you have (see process above), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your returned artwork, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
