Sea to Sky

The drive from Vancouver to Whistler (and back) is on a beautiful mountain highway with the water to the west and mountains to the east - better known as the Sea to Sky highway. On one of the drives back to Vancouver, while I was a passenger I witnessed the most stunning clouds that I knew would be wonderful reference for a painting.

This painting is acrylic paint on canvas. The canvas is gallery wrapped (1.5" thick) and I continue the painting around the edges (as shown in the photos).  It can be hung on a wall with or without a frame. The painting is signed in paint on the front "JHastie" and signed and dated on the back. The painting comes with hanging wire and hardware. I varnish with gloss varnish.
